Order Processing Time
If your item(s) is in stock, we will ship your products within 2 business days. Your delivery will take place based on the estimated UPS or USPS delivery times listed during checkout. All orders ship from our facility in southwestern Ohio.
Shipping Charges
AQUA PURfect bases the overall shipping fee on real-time information directly from UPS or USPS. Fees are based on shipping from our southwest Ohio manufacturing facility and your delivery address. If you have any questions about your shipping charges, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Expedited or Weekend Deliveries
Standard shipping charges outlined above are for regular ground shipments that arrive Monday-Friday. If you need a Saturday delivery or faster shipping than ground shipments, please choose one of the expedited shipping options during checkout.
Holiday Deliveries
Below is a list of holidays on which our shipping partner is closed. If a shipment is due to be delivered on one of these days, you can expect it to arrive on the next business day after the holiday.

Package Refusals
In the unlikely event you refuse delivery of your product, simply mark the package Return to Sender and the product will be returned to AQUA PURfect. AQUA PURfect will issue a refund to you for the product, minus a 25% restocking fee. Please keep in mind shipping charges will not be refunded.
Missing Items
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. In the unlikely case your shipment is missing item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we may take appropriate action. Please keep all original packaging and documentation, as our shipping partner may need to inspect the package(s) for claim purposes.
Damaged Items
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. In the unlikely case your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we may take appropriate action. Please keep all original packaging and documentation, as our shipping partner may need to inspect the package(s) for claim purposes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are only refundable for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error. In these cases, product must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.
